IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION TO OUR CUSTOMERS
In order to protect its employees and to guarantee greater protection to the community in Brescia, TIEMME has already activated the home working method for most of its office staff since last week and has decided to close all production departments as from Friday 13/03/2020.
The goods preparation department and the shipping office are still active, but staffed by a considerably reduced number of people, who are exclusively dedicated to ensuring the fulfillment of the few Italian / foreign shipments already planned. Tiemme has decided to suspend the preparation and shipment of all the orders in progress, to a date to be confirmed. Our customer service is active and is available during normal office hours.
Once the emergency is over, TIEMME will reinstate the operation of all departments in the most appropriate time and manner with the aim of restoring the usual level of customer service as soon as possible.
President Giuliano Gnutti thanks all his employees for the dedication shown to the company even in this exceptional contingency, he is close to them and their families in this difficult moment and he is certain that all together we will start again with the usual determination.
